We do not charge a fee for our services.
When we arrange a loan for you we will be paid by the lender you choose.
This is not a cost you pay and will not increase your fees or your interest rate.
How much commission your chosen lender pays will be detailed in the credit proposal you receive from us before we start a loan application. This way you know upfront what is being paid by the lender for arranging your loan.
If you change lender or pay the loan out 6 months later we will have to return all of the money we received for arranging your loan so it is definitely in our best interest to make sure we get it right the first time.
If we work together but that does not result in us completing a loan application we will receive no payment for our services.
